Frequently Asked Questions
What are the dates for re-enrollment?
Re-enrollment for the 204-25 school year opens January 3, 2024, and closes February 14, 2024.
Do I need to complete re-enrollment for all my children?
Yes. All children CURRENTLY enrolled in an Uplift school will require a re-enrollment. Your dashboard will list all your children. When you complete one re-enrollment, click on Home in the blue banner at the top, choose your next child and click the RETURNING link. You must fill out the re-enrollment form for each child.
How long does it take to complete reenrollment?
Please allow 15-20 minutes to complete re-enrollment per child. While some of your child's current information will be filled in already, the State of Texas requires parents/guardians to re-enter certain information, such as medical records and emergency contacts.
What if all my Uplift scholars are not showing on my dashboard?
All of your scholars must have the same primary email address in their profile.
If all of your children are not showing on your dashboard, it is because you likely created multiple accounts with different primary emails. We can help move all children under one account. Email reenrollmentsupport@uplifteducation.org with the names of all currently enrolled scholars, their schools, and their grades, along with the email you prefer to use for all children and we can help consolidate all children under one account.
Do I have a SchoolMint account?
If your child is a CURRENT student at Uplift, then you have an account in SchoolMint. Visit https://uplifteducation.schoolmint.net/signin and log in using your email address and Schoolmint password.
What if I don’t remember my username and/ or password?
If you don’t remember your username or password, you can click this link: https://uplifteducation.schoolmint.net/signin and click Forgot Username? and the system will walk you through recovering your user name. If you forgot your password, using the same link, click Forgot Password? and it will send you an email to reset your password. If you are still having trouble recovering you account, please email reenrollmentsupport@uplifteducation.org with your child's name, school, and grade and we can help you recover your account.
Can I change my primary email address and/or user name?
Yes. Go to your SchoolMint account and log in. If you don't remember your user name or password, follow the steps in the question above. Once loggin in, go to Account Settings in the blue menu bar. There you can change your password or your user name. Your user name should always be your primary email account.
Can I change my language preference in Schoolmint?
Yes. Go to your SchoolMint account. In the top gray bar, you will see a globe icon and “Welcome Bienvenido”.
To change your language preference to Spanish, click on “Bienvenido”. You should only have to do this once and SchoolMint will remember your language preference. Change your language preference to English by clicking on “Welcome.”
What if my scholar is not planning on returning for the next school year?
Contact your School Director for a conversation about next year! If you are unsure whether you will be returning next year, please contact the school director or the Family Engagement Coordinator (FEC) for your campus.
Who do I contact if I encounter problems while re-enrolling?
Please email reenrollmentsupport@uplift education.org or drop by your campus for assistance. Watch your email for additional dates, times, and locations when the enrollment team will be providing live support.
