Accessibility Statement for Uplift Education
What are we doing?
We have worked hard on the Uplift Education website and continue to strive towards our goal of accessibility for all individuals. We monitor the website regularly to maintain accessibility, but if you do find any portion of the Uplift online information inaccessible, please contact us via email at web@uplifteducation.org.
Third party content
Occasionally, you may encounter third party content or external links on our site. While we have done our due diligence to make our site accessible, we are not responsible for third party content or external links. Should you encounter any accessibility issues, please contact us at web@uplifteducation.org.
Complaints
Uplift Education hopes that satisfactory conclusions to all complaints can be reached through discussion and/or an informal process. However, Uplift Education has a formal grievance process available to individuals with complaints. To file a formal grievance and/or for information regarding Uplift’s grievance process please contact the Office of the Senior Director of Legal Affairs at (469) 621-8500. Individuals may also file a grievance with the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights at http://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ocr/docs/howto.html.
