MORNING CAR LINE.
Purple Line: Pre-K through 5th Grade.
- Enter campus through the primary vehicle entrance / exit gate.
- Circle the roundabout to the left and continue behind the primary building.
- Wait for a staff member to open the vehicle door.
- Exit through the primary vehicle entrance / exit gate.
Green Line: 6th through 12th Grade.
Primary scholars may be dropped off with secondary siblings.
- Enter campus through the secondary vehicle entrance / exit gate.
- Follow straight to go behind the secondary building.
- Continue straight past the dumpsters to the dead end of the parking lot and circle the roundabout.
- Stay right and follow back to the pick up/drop off area outside the gymnasium that is designated in yellow on the map.
- Exit through the secondary vehicle entrance / exit gate.
Walking Scholars:
Scholars must be approved to walk by the parent or guardian signing a Walker Consent Form.
Important Things to Know for Morning Car Line:
- Carline does not begin until 7:25 AM.
- Scholars may not be dismissed from vehicles prior to 7:25 AM.
- Parents may not drop off their scholars and leave before 7:25 AM.
- Scholars are not allowed to be escorted into the building by family members.
- The front office is closed until 8:00 AM to support morning arrival.
AFTERNOON CAR LINE.
Purple Line: Pre-K through 5th Grade.
- Enter the campus through the primary entrance / exit vehicle gate.
- Circle the roundabout to the right and follow the traffic cones as it will reroute you back toward the primary building.
- Pick up location is in the back of the primary building and is highlighted in yellow.
- Exit through the primary entrance / exit vehicle gate (the same gate that you entered).
Red Line: Pre-K through 5th Grade (with siblings in 6th through 12th grade).
- Display your red car line number tag so staff can see your scholars car line number.
- Enter the campus through the secondary vehicle entrance / exit gate.
- Follow the Green traffic flow.
- Stay to the right, so you end up in the inside lane; the Red traffic lane.
- Stop at the designated pick-up and drop off area.
- Follow the Green line route and exit through the secondary entrance / exit vehicle gate once your scholar has been picked up.
Green Line: 6th through 12th grade.
- Enter the campus through the secondary entrance / exit vehicle gate.
- Follow straight to go behind the secondary building.
- Continue straight past the dumpsters to the dead end of the parking lot and circle the roundabout.
- High school scholars can be picked up outside of the gym.
- Middle school scholars with no primary siblings can be picked up at the east end of the Secondary building.
- Exit through the secondary entrance / exit vehicle gate.
Walking Scholars:
- Scholars must be approved to walk by the parent or guardian signing a Walker Consent Form. Primary scholars must be accompanied by middle or high school sibling. All other scholars will need to be picked up by parents/ guardians or approved emergency contact.
- All walking scholars will be escorted across campus to the secondary entrance/exit pedestrian gate by a staff member.
Important Things to Know for Afternoon Car Line
- Scholars in the Red line will go to the Red line each day, regardless if their middle or high school sibling is absent that day or in after-school activities.
- The front office will close 30 minutes prior to after school car line. Staff will not be available to assist guests during these times.
- Have your car line tag visibly displayed on the side of your vehicle windshield.
- Scholars not picked up after school dismissal service will be considered a late pick up and a fee will be assessed. (See fee details below in FAQ).
- Scholars not picked up after dismissal will be excorted to the primary front office.
Frequently Asked Questions
What time can I drop off my scholar?
- Scholars may not be dropped off before 7:25 AM.
- Scholars are expected in their classroom by 8:00 AM.
- Morning car line ends at 8:00 AM.
- After 8:00 AM, parents must sign in their scholars at the front office.
- Scholars late after 8:10 AM will be given a partial day unexcused absence unless a doctor's note is turned into the front office.
Where do I drop off my scholar in the morning?
- All Primary scholars drop off at the back of the Primary building.
- All Secondary scholars drop off behind the Secondary building, outside of the gymnasium.
- Primary and Secondary siblings can be dropped off at primary or secondary drop off location.
- Drop off locations are highlighted in yellow on the maps.
What time is dismissal?
- Primary Scholars
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM.
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM.
- Half-day Dismissal: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM.
- Secondary Scholars
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 3:40 PM - 4:10 PM.
- Wednesday: 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM.
- Half-day Dismissal: 12:30 PM -1:00 PM.
What do I need to pick up my scholar during dismissal?
- Scholars may not be picked up 30 minutes before dismissal due to all the movement required for dismissal staging.
- An Uplift Elevate carline number is required for picking up scholars.
- Your carline number must be displayed so our staff can see your scholars carline number.
- Families will receive two carline number at the beginning of the school year.
- Any parent/guardian wishing to have another adult pick up their scholar from school will need to provide them with a copy of the carline number. Hand-written numbers are not accepted.
- What if I forget my carline number when I go to pickup my scholar?
- Anyone without a carline number will be asked to pull forward and park their vehicle out of the way of carline traffic.
- Their government issued ID will be needed to verify against the scholars approved emergency contact list.
- This is a much slower process without the carline number and greatly reduces the speed of the carline for everyone.
Can someone aside from me pick up my scholar from school?
- We will not release your scholar to a person not listed on your approved pick-up list.
- Scholars are not allowed to dismiss 30-minutes prior to school dismissal because we are staging everyone inside for dismissal.
- Any adult picking up your scholar early must have a government-issued photo ID, and they must be on the scholars approved emergency contact list.
- Families will receive two carline number cards at the beginning of the school year.
- Any parent/guardian wishing to have another adult pick up their scholar from school will need to provide them with a copy of their carline number. Hand-written carline numbers are not accepted.
What if I cannot pick up my scholar at the dismissal time?
- Scholars not picked up at the end of dismissal service will be escorted to the front office.
- The proper authorities will be notified if deemed by leadership to be excessively late or a pattern.
- Please notify our office if you know you will be late by calling 817-764-3600.
If I have both Primary and Secondary scholars to pick up in carline, where do I go?
- Follow the Green traffic line when entering and make sure to stay to the right, so you end up on the Red traffic line, where siblings are picked up by the gym.
- Primary scholars in Red Line will be picked up there each day, even if their middle or high school sibling is absent that day or in extracurricular activities.

- Scholars must be approved to walk by the parent or guardian signing a Walker Consent Form. Primary scholars must be accompanied by middle or high school sibling.
