A VOE (verification of enrollment) is required to obtain a driving permit or license.  If you are planning to get your permit or license this summer, please read all requirements for eligibility.  If you fall below the attendance percentage required and have not met the required seating time, you will not be eligible for a summer VOE. 

Summit will begin processing Verification of Enrollment for the 2023-2024 Fall Semester. Please ensure to submit ALL requests at SummitAttendance@uplifteducation.org 

Summer VOE requests:

• A VOE (verification of enrollment) is required to obtain a driving permit or license.  If you are planning to get your permit or license this summer, please read all requirements for eligibility.  If you fall below the attendance percentage required and have not met the required seating time, you will not be eligible for a summer VOE. 

There are a few things that our attendance office must review upon receiving a request.

• The scholar must currently be “re-enrolled” at Uplift Summit for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a requirement to verify a scholar’s enrollment on our campus.
• The scholar must fall within the 90% (or above)  attendance requirements for the school year.
• Please schedule and submit your requests for VOE based on your appointment with the DMV to avoid multiple requests for VOE.
• Please allow 48-72 hours for review/processing
• Approved and processed requests expire within 30 days of the processed date. Please submit all requests to SummitAttendance@uplifteducation.org
• Re-requests that are submitted at the initiation of the school year of 2023-2024 - previous SY attendance is reviewed for approval. There is a fee of $3.00. This can be paid upon receipt at the HS campus with the office manager, Patricia Cordoba.
