    IMPORTANT INFO:

    • We ask for extra patience during the first couple weeks of school as carline will take longer until everyone gets used to the process. We assure you that carline will get significantly shorter after that.
    • Always follow the carline route
    • Schedule:
      • 7:15am - Drop off will begin
        • Scholars cannot be left without their parent/guardian before 7:15am
      • 8:00am-3:30pm (2:00pm W) - School Hours M, T, TH, F
        • PK 8:00am-3:00pm (1:30pm W)
      • 3:20pm (1:50pm W) - Gate will open for afternoon carline
        • Please DO NOT line up before the gate open times
      • 45 minutes before release (2:45pm M, T, TH, F and 1:15pm on W) - If you need to pick up your scholar BEFORE school ends, you must come 45 minutes before release
        • You must have the carline tag or your ID to pick up your scholar before school ends
    • The late pick up fee is $1 a minute. The timer will start when carline ends, which will typically be 35 minutes after school ends. If any scholars are still on campus one hour after carline ends, the proper authorities will be notified.
    • If you forget your carline tag, you must park and go to the front office with your ID
      • If you do not have your ID, you cannot pick up your scholar

    WALKING:

    • Scholars CANNOT walk alone to or from school
    • Secondary scholars CANNOT walk to pick up or drop off primary scholars
    • Please do not park in any of the surrounding communities and walk
    • If cars are able to move into or out of the parking lot, pedestrians will always be stopped and have to wait

     

    TIPS AND TRICKS:

    • Always pull completely forward before picking up your scholar or dropping them off. There should only be a couple of feet between each car.
    • Please consider carpooling with family, friends, and neighbors whenever possible
    • Once you pick up or drop off your scholar in front of the building, please pull around the cars in front of you to exit the carline
    • MORNING ONLY:
      • Drop off starts at 7:15am
      • Come between 7:15-7:35am for the shortest wait
      • When you enter the parking lot, please have your scholar put his/her backpack on and prepare to exit the vehicle
    • AFTERNOON ONLY:
      • Remember that the late pick up fee is $1 a minute. The timer will start when carline ends, which will typically be 35 minutes after school ends.
      • The gate opens at 3:20pm M, T, TH, F and 1:50pm W
      • Come close to the end of afternoon carline for the shortest wait (3:50-3:55pm M, T, TH, F and 2:20-2:25pm W)

    ADDITIONAL INFO:

    • ALWAYS stop at a stop sign if there is not an officer present
    • Please be respectful of the Greenleaf Village community as carline goes through the edge of the neighborhood (do not throw out trash and keep your music down)
    • Please do not block driveways or cross streets during carline
    • Please make sure carline numbers for ALL scholars are visible in your car windshield in the morning and afternoon carlines
    • Greenleaf residents must have the Greenleaf hang tag supplied by the HOA and will be allowed to start carline at Tan Oak and Goldman

     

     

    INFORMACION IMPORTANTE:

    • Pedimos mucha paciencia durante las primeras semanas de escuela ya que la línea de carros tomara más de lo debido hasta que todos se acostumbren al proceso. Le aseguramos que el tiempo en la línea de carros disminuirá significativamente.

    • Los cargos por recoger a los estudiantes tarde es de $1.00 por minuto. Se empezara a contar en cuanto termine la línea de carros que normalmente dura 35 minutos. Si hay estudiantes en la escuela una hora después que termine la línea de carros, se notificara a las autoridades correspondientes.
    • Si olvida el numero para recoger a su hijo(a) deberá estacionarse e ir a la oficina con su identificación
      • Si no trae identificación no podrá recoger a su hijo(a)

    CAMINANDO:

    • Estudiantes NO podrán caminar solos hacia o desde la escuela  
    • NO SE PERMITIRÁ a estudiantes de Secundaria caminar para recoger o dejar a estudiantes de Primaria
    • Por favor no se estacione en los alrededores del vecindario y camine a la escuela
    • Si hay carros en movimiento entrando o saliendo del estacionamiento los peatones tendrán que hacer alto y esperar.

     

    CONSEJOS Y TRUCOS:

    • Siempre acerque el vehículo completamente hacia adelante antes de dejar o recoger a su hijo(a). Solo debe haber un espacio pequeño entre los vehículos.
    • Por favor considere transportarse con familiares, amigos o vecinos dentro de sus posibilidades
    • Una vez que haya recogido o dejado a su estudiante enfrente del edificio, rodee los carros enfrente de usted para salir de la línea
    • SOLAMENTE POR LA MAÑANA
      • La entrada comienza a las 7:15am
      • Llegue entre las 7:15 y 7:35 para que la espera sea corta
      • Cuando entre al estacionamiento, por favor pídale a su estudiante que se prepare para bajar y se coloque la mochila en la espalda.
    • SOLAMENTE POR LA TARDE

    • Favor de no bloquear entradas o cruceros durante carline
    • Asegúrese de que los números estén visibles en el parabrisas durante la línea de carros por la mañana o la tarde.
    • Residentes de Greenleaf deberán colgar en el parabrisas la tarjeta expedida por HOA y se les permitirá comenzar la línea de carros en las calles de Tan Oak y Goldman.
